Duties:

1.       Collect all revenues for the County

2.       Bill and collect all real estate and personal taxes in the County

3.       Motor Vehicle Titles, Assess and register all motor vehicles with tax situs in the County

4.       Issue driver licenses, CDL’s, learner permits, ID cards, school permits, etc

5.       Disburse collections to the proper political subdivisions

6.       Boat Registration

7.       Snowmobile Registration

8.       Collect and distribute special assessments

9.       Advertise and hold public, private, and county tax sales

10.       Issue grain hauling permits

11.       Investment officer for the County

12.       Hold Delinquent Real Estate Tax Sale on 1st Monday in March
