Chairman Peters opened the Board of Equalization meeting.  Roll call was answered by Lonnie Peters, Chairman, and Commissioners Doug Teaford and C.W. Baltzell. Commissioners Rex Christensen and W.E. O’Connor were absent.  Also attending the meeting were County Clerk Sandra Olson, State Assessment Manager for Keith County Cheryl Schiel and State Appraisers Bryan Hill and Renae Zink.  Teaford moved to approve the agenda, Baltzell seconded the motion.  Teaford, Baltzell and Peters voting aye; Christensen and O’Connor absent; none voting nay; motion carried.  Baltzell moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting, Teaford seconded the motion.  Baltzell, Teaford and Peters voting aye; Christensen and O’Connor absent; none voting nay; motion carried.

Christensen entered the meeting at 7:45 a.m.

Hill told the Board his recommendation for the properties on Tom Kalkowski’s protests. 

The property owner will be notified of the Board’s decisions.

With no further business to come before the meeting was adjourned.
